WHAT:
EXTRAVABANDZA! Concert featuring ALL band students from Creekside Middle School, Carmel Middle School, Clay Middle School and Carmel High School! World-renowned band composer, Michael Sweeney will be the guest conductor for the event. You will hear performances by the combined 6th grade bands, 7th grade bands, 8th grade bands and high school bands, plus THREE mass numbers with ALL high school and middle school groups performing!
WHERE:
Carmel High School’s Gymnasium, located at the north end of the high school!
WHEN:
Monday evening, May 20 at 6:30 PM. ONE CONCERT ONLY!

Ticket prices are as follows: Adult $5, Student/Seniors $3. Tickets are ONLY available online for this event!

ALL band students will eat together at the high school between the afternoon rehearsal and the concert. PLEASE ORDER YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER’S DINNER ONLINE! See link below.
Meal Options are as follows:
- Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal – $6.50
- Pizza (2 slices) Meal – $6.50
- Both meals include: Chips, Fruit, Cookie and Bottled Water.
Students who have special dietary requirements should bring a sack dinner with them to school on the day of the rehearsal/concert.

TRANSPORTATION:
Middle School students will be transported by school bus to the rehearsal at the high school late in the school day. High School students will eat lunch and then report to the gym for rehearsal.
PARKING:
Parents are asked to park at the high school football stadium on Smokey Row Road. Shuttle buses will be provided to the gymnasium and back to the parking lot on the evening of the concert.
